Whatever
way you choose, please include as much of
the following information as possible: a
one-page resume, a one-page cover letter,
application form, and all relevant documents
such as academic certificates, and references
if applicable. (if you are faxing/mailing).
Note:
A separate application must be submitted
for each vacancy.

Process
Your profile will be stored
in Human Resource Bank of Make Group and
the following procedures will be taken
if there is vacancy on the specific position.
1st
stage: Apply to Make Group. You can
do this in several ways. You can write to
or fax our offices, or you can apply online.
Please include as much of the following
information as possible: a one-page CV,
a one-page cover letter, application form,
academic certificates, and references if
applicable, (if you are faxing/mailing).
2nd
stage: Your application will be carefully
considered and reviewed by the recruiting
committee in the Make Group system that
receives it. After we have reviewed your
application, we will get in touch with you.
The time frame from receipt to response
will vary, depending on your background
and the time of year.
3rd stage:
Interview. Our interview process is very
transparent. We arrange multiple case interviews
so that several people from our firm can
get to know you. Most of us completed
at least two case interviews before joining
Make Group.
